There was a small fire (caused by my negligence----long story) under the hood of my 1995 Buick Park Avenue.
I’m hoping to get it running again, mostly for sentimental reasons, but also because it has a beautiful set of brand new tires. It’s in a storage locker. It’s an automatic.
The first impasse right now,is that it won’t go into neutral, and has to be “shaken” off the fork lift. This can’tbe good. Is there a way to get it into neutral before towing it? Do I have to have a mechanic come to the storage locker to do it?
Basically, I don’t have a clue, as you can see. I knowit’s costing me $$ to store it, but I don’t want to get rid of it, even though that would be more cost-effective.
