Yep, any (and I mean ANY) add-on device that include hydrogen generation is a scam, pure and simple.

I had one of those. It was the Olds Jetfire and it was turbocharged. When it was designed, engineering didn’t want to spend the money to build a lower compression version of the existing V8. When they added the turbo, there was terrible detonation. They came up with the water injection to cool off the intake charge. It was not plain water but "turbo-rocket fluid’, otherwise known as methanol. Most Jetfires were converted back to normally aspirated at GM’s expense. The few intact ones generally sell for around $60k. I traded mine in for pennies towards a new Dodge Dart in 1968.

I swear by cow magnets. In the 70s taped a couple on my fuel line to increase mileage. Didn’t work but those were the best dang magnets around. Still keep the broken remnant in my tool box. By the way, don’t throw away a hard drive. They have magnets in them so strong they’ll break your finger.
