Months ago, I put diesel in my gas tank and nothing happened, should I still get it flushed?
No, It has all passed through by now. Drive on but don’t use the green fuel nozzle again! 
Around here, some gas nozzles are green, some are black (diesel vice-versa).
How much have you driven since then?
and how much diesel did you put in?
