The dash has a very sticky and reflective materiel and causes driving in the sunlight to be extremely hazardous. can you recommend a solution?
Rather than attempting to clean it, I would get a dash mat. They come custom made for many vehicles, different textures and colors are available. You can order them online or from auto parts store.

yep, get a dash mat. it will probably be less than $50.
Personally, I prefer black because of the glare reduction.

I put a black t-shirt on the dash and clamp it in place to the near edge of the dashboard. It’s not black after a year or two in the sun.
