Water in the frame of my car

I have a 1996 toyota avalon and it runs great. Drove in a heavy rain storm 2 days ago now when I drive I hear water sloshing around somewhere in the car. I have no liquids anywhere in the car. What is this and how do I drain it.

Usually this sloshing is water trapped in the doors because the drain holes in the botton of the door shell are clogged. A large mirror and a good worklight should help locate them. The should be cleared out or the doors will rot from the inside out.

In addition to Mountainbike’s post also check the spare tire well and the quarter pannel drains.

Also check the spare tire well under the truck liner.
