Veloster ad too morbid?

apparently the Dutch think so. I think it’d probably be something they’d come up with for the super bowl commercial here

Wasn’t just the ad that got killed…I admit, I laughed out loud when I saw it, I’d think it’s fine for later programming in the evening, and the talk shows. But I wonder if this makes other Hyundais (with 4 doors) look bad.

new slogan:

Hyundai
we cheat death!

I love how they try to turn a cost-cutting measure into a safety feature.

It’s like if you saw a commercial for a minivan bragging that they only had one sliding door instead of two… It isn’t an advantage for the consumer in the least, except if you pass on a lower price to them.

Hmmm…Will they sell this vehicle in the UK and in Japan with one door on the right, and two doors on the left?
If they do, then they are truly interested in passenger safety.
If not, then this is just a cost-cutting measure from which they are trying to extract some good PR.

"I love how they try to turn a cost-cutting measure into a safety feature."
My first thought also!
