my friend has 1997 chev s-10 p/u . the 4way flashers work . the turn signals work if you flash them by hand , but when you put them on by them self the light comes on but they will not flash . any help would be welcome
There is a ‘turn flasher’ as well as a ‘hazard flasher’. They are both in the power distribution center. To locate, turn the hazard switch on. listen for the clicking of the hazard flasher. Locate it. Next to it should be the turn flasher. Replace. They may be swappable.
sounds like you need a new flasher.
