Tundra noises

My 2003 Toyota Tundra has new tires and new alignment but still makes a weird sound when I am standing still and turn the wheel and start out. It almost sounds like I am driving on flat tires, but as I said the tires are new and not the problem.

Check the power steering fluid. Have somebody turn the wheel with the hood open and see if you can determine where the sound is coming from. This could also be the the idlers or the accessory belt needs to be replaced.

Thanks. I will check that out. I did forget to mention that this weird noise only happens when turning from a start, only for a split second and does not do it when the truck is moving constantly on the road. This annoys me even more because I just had my 60k service and you would have though they would have found something.
