Anyone out there ever had your Tacoma’s 4x4 low range light randomly come on while driving? It takes restarting the engine to get it off.The dealership can’t figure it out.
You may have to trouble shoot the connections behind the transfercase module.
Electrical dash mounted push buttons?
It is a dash mounted knob=style grip and turn switch, the dealership stated it tested perfectly. The mechanic said something about a coonection partially loose down underneath and that he tightened up the connection, he thought something had tugged on it like brush but I had it 3 mo’s before the blinking started and can’t recall driving over anything.Anyway it still blinks randomly until I restart it.
