There is a squeaky noise coming from the back of my car while driving. It only happens when I am going forward and there is no noise when stopped. There is no change when I touch the brakes.

It does not.
It sounds to me like you have a Brake “Dust shield” that is rubbing on the rotor.

Did you check your brake pads recently? Could be the brake pad wear indicators that are rubbing on the rotors indicating that you need to replace your brake pads.
