Are the 2007 g35 sedan headlights the same as the coupe
In addition to possible coupe/sedan difference, there may be differences at different price/trim levels. One way to investigate would ask a dealer’s parts dept. Also you could look for headlights online at rock auto.

I actually just checked that. the g35 did not list different parts for a sedan vs a coupe
Edit: for the headlight bulbs…I didn’t check the headlights themselves
Rockauto shows different part numbers for the headlights between the two.
