@GorehamJ I don’t know if the problem is my end or the Community Forum. But i have to go through several tries to read any PM I get. I seem to remember that this was mentioned by Carolyn some time ago .

The PMs will open eventually, but it usually takes 3 or 4 tries.
Mine open right up unless it is something that that moderators have sent about something that has been deleted. Then I never can find out what it was.
Same, you have to stick your tongue out the right side of your mouth, pat your head and rub your tummy and then your PM might open if you are lucky… 
You also have to be sure that you’re facing Magnetic North.

But magnetic north keeps moving ! 
Ah, but your WiFi might move with magnetic north. Align your router with the polar star.

This issue has been flagged in the past. Thought it was resolved. Perhaps we have a regression from the fix. As you know, our site is very old, so very often, our fixes become outdated.
Thanks for flagging. I have our tech team looking into it again. 
Not sure if the problem is solved but at least I can open the message now. One click shows the heading and a second click shows the message . Not ideal but better.
