Sounds like Rod has a virus or some similar nefarious software thing going on. Or a wonky browser or other such app.

RK, have you tried turning your computer off, completely powered down, wait a few minutes, then power it up again? This can be pretty effective, esp if you are sharing your computer with somebody else.

Some modems have been getting old so if can’t find dns server comes up, a new modem would help. My keyboard cuts things off so I just go back and do it over.
