It’s been 3 1/2 years since that article was written, and I’m sure you can still buy one of those miracle devices. So much for the power of the FTC…
According to the article it wasn’t the fact that it was bogus…but because they used E-Mail and spamed THOUSANDS if not MILLIONS of users.
I don’t know why that was the ONLY way the FTC could go after them. Back in the 60’s and 70’s the FTC was cracking down on these bogus companies all the time. But now there are literally hundreds if not THOUSANDS of companies/people selling bogus products all the time…from weight-loss products…to hair-loss…to bogus automotive products. Why are guys like “Kevin Trudeau” behind bars. Yet his BOGUS products sell MILLIONS and it’s a TOTAL FRAUD.
