My heated seats and rear window defroster worked fine til about a month ago then i turn them on one day and there was a ticking noise coming from behind the heater controls and the heater didn’t work well then the ticking stopped and so did seat heaters and rear window defroster. i’m sure this is something simple but i can’t find the answer please help

I have the Chiltons, read it nothing in it about heated seats
Check the fuses?
fuses are good
Does it say anything about the rear defrost. It sounds like the seats and rear def. are on the same circuit
nothing on either
it could be the defroster that went out or a electrical problem
