Cold weather is here again already and my wife is not happy that I have not fixed the heaters in the bottom part of the front seats of her 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. The backs still heat up fine however the bottom part of the seats does not heat at all and that is obviously the most important part according to her! I have not found any blown fuses and would appreciate any suggestions on what the solution to this problem is.
Since the backs heat it’s, probably not a fuse issue, can you access the heating element and check for power, open circuit,or damaged heater blanket, those seats are not so hard to dissamble, so I feel this is a good DIY project.
I would take the seat out of the Blazer, but I like room to work.
