I just changed the turn signal relay on my 1994 Buick Skylark. I need to change the hazard relay too but can’t find it, though I can hear it clicking. Both service manuals, Haynes and the one from Buick, are zero help.
I get the impression its in the column someplace. The Buick Service Manual says to remove a left extension panel but I can’t find the darn thing. The turn signal relay was right under the dash. I had to remove the panel underneath the dash for that so I could see everything but couldn’t find the hazard relay.
HELP!!
According to Mitchell On Demand, The hazard flasher unit is located in the convenience panel, under the left side of the dash.

That’s what the Buick manual says but for the life of me I can’t find the convenience panel. There’s a panel under the dash which I dropped down to change the turn signal relay but I don’t see anything else.
