Does anyone know where the “convenience panel” is on this vehicle? I’m told its under the dash on the left but can’t find it. Its hardly convenient, that’s for sure.

Are you looking for fuses, breakers, and relays? Do you own an Owner’s Manual? That would make it more convenient.
I have Chilton and Buick’s service manual. Useless. They show some half baked sketch of it but it matches nothing I see. I’m looking for the Hazard Relay. I already changed the turn signal relay which just involved dropping a panel under the dash. I see no hazard relay in there.
