I was told by the mechanic that my 2006 Honda Civic right engine mount was faulty during 100,000 km servicing . However, other mechanics from other workshops told me all the engine mounts (4 pcs) have to be replaced to save cost and future problem. Can anyone share with me their experience.
No you can just replace the one if the other 3 are OK… When one mount goes it can put extra pressure on some of the remaining mounts, but the labor to do each mount is compleatly different. So I would just fix the one, and if you need to fix another later you do it then
check the other mounts if any our ?able replace them ok
