Every time I change the fuel filters on my Ford 6.0 l diesel. I can’t get the air worked out of the fuel system. Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks
Do you cycle the ignition switch on and off a half dozen times before starting the engine after changing the filters?

I don’t know about Ford but on my GM, you had to crack open the outlet on the filter and crank the engine to fill the filter and purge air. Otherwise you’d crank forever before it would start.
