2001 Oldsmobile Silhouete locks click every 10 minutes or so after van is off and locked. I doesn’t matter if I use the fob or the switch inside. What do I need to do to fix this???
Probably the master controller inside the drivers side door.
Do you have a remote starter installed on this vehicle? If so I would recomment disconnectint the module that runs your remote starter and see what happens. Good luck.
Dig out your owners manual and look up the page which tells you how to program the locking modes. (I think there are 4 different ones)
Reprogramming may correct your fault. It ONLY does this when the van is locked?
My 2000 Silo hasn’t had that fault yet.
