Yesterday my car started randomly beeping the horn while the car is off. It is the same beep that happens when the car is locked with the remote. For now I just disconnect the battery while it is parked so the battery won’t drain. Wondering if anyone knows how to fix this? It is a 2004 Saturn Ion 2.
How many remotes do you have? Make sure to lock car with remote, then take all remotes and put them somewhere that no buttons can be accidentally pushed and the remotes are far enough away from car as to not be causing problems. If problem is now gone, you probably have a bad remote.
