when the fuse is blown, I cannot shift out of Park. It has blown 3 fuses, one after another–what is the problem?
YOu have a short circuit. Try looking at the brake on off (BOO) switch. Better yet, look in the owner manual and see what circuits fuse 13 protects. There is a way to get the car started and moving with that circuit disabled. That procedure is in the owner manual too.
