Obviously a scam, i’m not going to comment on it. I will bring up however BMW’s efforts to incorporate steam power in an effort to increase efficiency… Water power is not impossible.

hello all, i’ve been reading about the so called hydro booster for awhile now and passed them all off as scams. well yesterday i was reading a news mag at the doctors office and saw the picctv ad in the mag. i think it’s a scam, but how can someone run that add without getting sued or having the feds all over them? thanks
