A noise in the rear tires

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty with over 100,000 miles.

When turning a curve at slow speed, such as turning in a parking lot, a rubbing noise occurs from the one of the back wheels. Nothing is rubbing with tire to the body.

I am thinking that it may be break dust build up in the hub, or a belt broken inside of the tire.

It possibly could be a bad wheel bearing besides your brakes.
