sun roof will not close
I would first check the fuse and relay for sunroof. check to see if the tracks are not blocked or broken. also switch for sunroof may be defective.
there is a special hex shaped tool to manually close the roof by putting it in the motor and manually turning it until closed. see NOTE in link below.
