I have a 2005 Scion xA with 121K+ miles on it…had it gone through completely 3 yrs ago; however, mechanics couldn’t understand power windows not working (N=1) and working slowly (N=3). My research has led me to it being either the driver’s-side master power window switch or some electrical component between that switch and the individual window motors in each door. Any experiential help is most welcome.
Measuring the voltage at the affected window motor is where I’d start w/this problem.
Sometimes the window mechanism needs to be cleaned and carefully lubed.
And sometimes window motors just wear out.
