rear passenger slide door stopped working. Used it earlier today and it worked just fine. Left for another errand and saw that the slide door light was on. The door was shut, but pulled over and tried the auto to open it and nothing. Got out and did it manually and the light stayed on. When I got home tried again, and could not get the door to open except for an inch or so. Hard to close it back up.
I’m not a mechanic but here goes. Check the door’s track for a possible obstruction. There might also be a malfunctioning sensor that’s incorrectly reporting the position of the door.
