2004 Toyota 4Runner - Seals DIY or no?

I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. I want to replace the seals/weatherstripping on the windows, rear window, and the sunroof in an effort to make the vehicle less noisy, stop rattles, and improve the waterproofing.

How do I go about doing this and, if too complicated for me to handle, who should I contact to get quotes?

To have someone else perform it, I would check with a body shop.
