Not sure on a Saturn. The couple of parts houses I checked online do not show one.
Yes it can. Easiest way to to swap it with another relay, like wipers, and then check to see if the wipers work.
As far as I know, a fuel pump reset switch (inertia switch) is a Ford thing and other cars do not use them.
Yes, the fuel pump relay can be checked but I’m not privy to your mechanical and electrical abilities. As mentioned, if you suspect the relay is faulty the easiest thing to do is swap it out with another.
The odds of the relay being the problem are not very high at all.
