How do I access the pump to check it. It is not working and I get no humming sound when I push the lever. Thanks
On many cars, it is underneath the windshield washer fluid tank. Try loosening the fasteners for the tank and taking a look underneath.
Remove the washer fluid reservoir. The pump should be attached to the bottom of the reservoir.
