hello have a 2013 chevy Malibu ltz with all season tires on it size 235/50R/18 I was given a set of winter tires witch are 235/55R/18 can I still use them thanks
They will fit your wheels but they are marginally taller. And your speedometer will read low. Whether they fit or not depends on the amount of clearance between your current tires and the spring seat on your front struts. If you have 1/2 inch vertical clearance, you should be ok. Have one tire mounted and then the tire shop can check for clearance. If it fits, go ahead.
Might not be a factor but I would be curious as to the age and thread depth of these free tires . If they are old and hard then they will not be that much help.
