How do you fix a wheel that won’t turn? My 90 year old great-aunt has a 1965 Ford Pickup truck that hasn’t been driven at all this past year. When I went to drive it for her, I couldn’t get the wheel to turn. The brakes seemed to be okay, but one wheel just wouldn’t turn. This truck has 88,000 miles on it. She hasn’t driven it much.
I assume you mean a drive wheel (one of four). If so it is likely a frozen brake where the brake shoes (I think it has drums not rotors) is rusted to the drum.
