I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD 4 wheel drive.
When driving 5 to 10 mph I get a squealing noise on the drivers side wheel.
I don’t hear it at high speed.
It sounds similar to a rubbing noise.
Can someone help please with this issue.
What you might be hearing is a wear indicator on a brake pad. Have you had the brakes inspected?
Tester
Tester…The brake pads are new and it didn’t make any noise after installing them.
Any other suggestions…Thanks
Are you driving around in 4 wheel drive on dry roads?
No I am not driving in 4 wheel on dry roads.
I have noticed lately that I can feel something in the brake pedal when slowly applying brakes during the noise.
