First off, I have a 2002 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4x4. It has 4-wheel anti-lock brakes. Now to the issue. I noticed several weeks ago that one of my wheels was squealing/squeaking (it is definitely that metal on metal sound). At first the issue only seemed to occur at slow speeds when turning a corner. However I have recently noticed that it still occurs even at highway driving speeds (55+mph) and at slower speeds. It does not seem to happen all of the time (i.e. it is not always a continuous noise), but it does occur on every drive. Any ideas as to what the problem is and what can be done to rid the wheel of the embarrassing and annoying sound? Thanks!
