have a 2001 Ford Mustang GT that I have been told frame damage - both aprons damaged. I ahve not idea if this means it has been in a wreck or has been lowered? HELP
I am wondering if you mean ‘A arms’ (sounds similar).

I am certain the OP is speaking of the “aprons”(inner fender) of the vehicle. It is common for this to be damaged in a front end accident. Refer to the OP’s other posting for more info.
