During the summer, I get a leak on the passenger side of the compartment after the AC has been on for a while. However, the leak ONLY occurs when I turn left. Any ideas of cause, but more importantly correction?
The AC evaporator drain tube is clogged. Clean the drain and the water will go on the road instead of into your Maxima.
The drain tube is located low on the passenger side of the firewall. You may have to get under the car to see/clean it.
DO NOT crawl under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Use ramps or jack stands.
Or Less likely, the drain for the area under the vents in front of the windscreen could be clogged or even that corner of the sunroof drain.
