Water inside door of Ford Ranger

When it rains, water apparently collects in the bottom of the passenger side door. I can hear it slosh when I start and stop. How do I get it out? How do I stop it

There are drain holes in the bottom of the door. Clean them.

You can’t stop water from getting in. The window seal is not water tight. The drain holes are there to let the water drain out of the door. If they are clogged with dirt and debris the water can’t drain.

Removal of the inner door panel will be required to properly clean the drains.
