During the 70s and 90s I had different kinds of fun. I wasn’t married and had bachelor type fun, even though I dated my wife for most of the last half. During the 90s I had family fun nd enjoyed it, just in a different way. The extra responsibilities brought tensions I didn’t have in the 70s, but it all worked out well.
Each decade has its challenges. I worked in an integrated steel mill in the 70s and first half of the 80s. That was when the integrated steel industry was destroyed in the US. OTOH, it’s also when the semiconductor industry took off.
