Vibration when not turning left

I have a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon SE 2.7L (FWD).

I’ve noticed that if I’m not turning left, my car vibrates. It gets more pronounced when turning right, and intensifies with speed.

This past summer I changed my front brakes/rotors with some cheap ones, and since the brakes wouldn’t quite fit, I had to grind down one side by less than a millimeter to get the tolerance right. I’m not sure if this may cause my problem, but its the only work thats been done on my car recently.

If anyone knows what this may be, I’d be happy with any help.

A failing wheel bearing is one possibility. This can be dangerous, just so you know.

Could be a bent wheel or bent hub, too.
