The steering wheel of my 2001 Camry vibrates on high speed. The vibration shows up when the car travel at a speed higher than 65 mph. It has a cycle of about 3-4 s. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks
- Bring to a shop and check if wheels are balanced.
- Look at the tread wear on tires. If it is uneven or feathered, that can cause wheel vibration.
3 Check front wheel alignment. - Wheel bearings (not likely unless you have a lot of miles on the car).
Also make sure tires are properly inflated
I had the same problem with my car, tires were out of balance and needed to be rotated. I think this is supposed to be done every 6k or so.
