I have a 2005 Honda Civic that runs fine until it rains. Whenever I go over a puddle my car makes a sort of grinding sound that shakes the car. It may be coming from the passenger-side front wheel well. This didn’t start until I had my car fixed after an unfortunate run-in with some signs on the passenger side. Does anyone have an idea of what would cause that?
It sounds like a brake problem. What kinda miles do you have and how much damage did you do?
