i have a 92 toyota pickup, manual, 4 cylinder, 2.4L…i can’t seem to find the dipstick to check the trans fluid. my manual doesn’t cover the transmission…any ideas?
Manual transmissions don’t usually have dipsticks. There are two plugs on the transmission case. One is the drain plug (the lower one), and the other is the fill plug (the upper one). The transmission oil level is correct when it’s full to the bottom of the fill plug opening.
