Throttle body failure in 2014 Lincoln MKX

Hi,

just wondering, is the "trottle body failure "a common issue?
(engine stalls in traffic - very dangers)

Yes, common in many vehicles, probably just needs cleaning.

My source shows a high rate of failure/replacement for the throttle body for this vehicle, more than 250. Throttle body failure is not common for most vehicles however a replacement throttle body is very inexpensive, have it replaced.
