i bought a 95 civic from a freind it was in a accident i got the air bags but the srs light dosent whant to turn off
The won’t turn off by itself and there is no way that you the owner can turn off the light. The light indicates that the airbag system is not working. You will have to find someone who can make repairs, possibly to replace a sensor or two. Or you can simply place a strip of black tape over the light.
BTW the air bags will not be functional as long as the light is on and black tape will not help. 
I would get it fixed.
It will cost more to fix it than the car is worth. That car should have been scrapped when it was wrecked…
