No most of them donāt. Unless Iām mistaken, only BMW still offers them on new cars. I think Honda stopped them around 2009 or 2010, and good riddance! Tthey need a special wheel to run, they donāt last nearly as long as regular tires, are more expensive to purchase and repairā¦They wonāt help if the sidewall or outer edge of the tread blows out. Iām glad to still have a spare under my trunk instead of those awful run flatsā¦

I was disappointed they didnāt mention manual pumps. I worry about running down the battery.
