I found out what the problem was with my windows going down by themselves. It seems that I was pressing the remote and caused the issue, like when your smart phone calls someone without you dialing.
Just consider this little boo-boo a test of your remote. It works.

I had forgotten, but in 2005 when I first bought my tC, I was having trouble with the “intruder alarm (beeping horn)” going off… until I realized the cause and started keeping my keys in my other pocket.
