My power window cable came off. I took the door apart but don’t know how to reattached the cable any help will greatly be appreciate.
You need to replace the entire regulator. That’s the assembly that the cable is in. You might as well replace the motor, too. If you got the door panel off, you can replace it yourself. If you are up to it, I can recommend a manufacturer that worked for me. Two out of 3 manufacturers I’ve tried sold me junk, so watch out what you buy on line. It will cost 4 to 5 times as much if you buy an original equipment unit from the dealer.
