I’ve never owned an Acura, but basic things when buying a used car: get the car inspected by your mechanic, look for cars where the owner has kept the Maintenance records (note, CarFax is NOT a reliable source of information), check out websites like carcompliants or similar to look up common problems with cars of that years make and model.
