In addition to telling us what car we’re dealing with, please clarify this part.
Sorry, Bruce but I have no idea what you are trying to describe.
Have you read your owner’s manual?
My car does weird things. I cannot lock the doors with the solenoids if a door is open and the key is in the ignition. However, I can lock the doors manually with the key from the outside if the doors are closed… even with the engine running. If I unlock the door with the key fob, it gives me three seconds to open something before it locks everything back up again.
Read your manual.
If you’re still having problems, we’d need to at least know the year, make, and model to even begin to help.
I’d also like to know if you’ve had the battery changed recently. Often in today’s cars Body Control Modules need to be reinitialized after changing the battery. Been there, done that.
You can count me as one more person who can’t deduce exactly what the OP is trying to tell us.
Do you have an added on alarm system, or remote start? if so may need to be removed.
Bruce, we’re standing by to help. So far, we don’t have a make, model, model-year, and a grasp of the specific problem.
That’s okay! Please come back and join us. We can begin a discussion.

yes, I agree. What is “it”?
OP, type your question in good english and you will get help.
So, in summary, we have an undecipherable problem with a vehicle of unknown make, model, and vintage.
That pretty much sums it up, but add to that sum other unknowns, such as, but not limited to, a possible “added on alarm system, or remote start” (Barkydog quote), unknown mileage, unknown history of ownership, unknown known problems for make/model, model-year (TSBs), etcetera, etcetera…
